The Director General of the Sudanese Postal Services Company Ltd. (SUDAPOST) Meets with the Acting Director General of the Civil Registry and Passports Authority to Discuss Prospects for Joint Cooperation 🤝

Major General of Police (Legal) Taj Al-Din Habiballah Abdelmalik, Acting Director General of the Civil Registry and Passports Authority, welcomed Major General of Police Dr. Adam Ibrahim Mohammed, Director General of the Sudanese Postal Services Company Ltd. (SUDAPOST), along with his accompanying delegation, at the Authority’s headquarters.

The meeting focused on strengthening institutional partnerships and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Discussions also covered the integration of the Bareedak postal services application with the Civil Registry’s electronic verification system, enabling secure and accurate verification of customers’ identities and personal data. This integration is expected to enhance the reliability of postal services, reduce fraud, and ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations.

The Acting Director General reaffirmed the Civil Registry’s commitment to expanding electronic verification services with national institutions to support the development of digital services, safeguard data security, and strengthen trust in electronic transactions.

The Director General of SUDAPOST commended the existing cooperation between the two institutions and expressed his aspiration to further strengthen this partnership by completing the necessary technical procedures to implement the integration project, in addition to expanding cooperation in the transportation of mail for both the Passports Authority and the Civil Registry.
